The Seating ChartThe main user interface is a seating chart, which enables you to take notes about what specific students are saying and doing, even if you don’t know their names.
Choosing a seating chart
Before taking notes about a lesson, create a seating chart based on a pre-saved seating chart template – examples are provided – or create a one from scratch.
Creating or editing the seating chart
At any time, you can edit the seating chart, adding or removing entities (icons representing students, teachers, groups, and displays).
Edit labels to show actual student names:

“Group” entities are for taking notes about several students sitting together.
