Taking Notes

Notes about students

Tap on any entity (icon) in the seating chart (student, teacher, group, or display) and write notes about what is happening or what is being said.

Interactions

Drag from one entity to another to record an interaction, such as when the teacher says something to a student, or a student writes on the board.

Photos

You can include photos of student work in progress.

General notes

Use General Notes to to write notes that aren’t about any one particular student.

  1. A general note with a photo.
  2. A general note containing an image of the seating chart, to quickly record observations about multiple students.

Lesson events

Record the start and end times of the lesson, as well as changes in lesson modality, such as when the teacher tells students to work independently.
